Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

In personality typology, the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. Despite its popularity, it has been widely regarded as pseudoscience by the scientific community.

The theory of psychological type was introduced in the 1920s by Carl G. Jung. The MBTI tool was developed in the 1940s by Isabel Briggs Myers and the original research was done in the 1940s and ’50s.

The best reason to choose the MBTI instrument to discover your personality type is that hundreds of studies over the past 40 years have proven the instrument to be both valid and reliable.

Competency Development Assessments

A well structured performance and managing system (PCMS) is required for long term corporate success. In today’s business environment, organizations face a lot of challenges and the key to their success is the performance of their human capital, which sets them apart. All organizations understand that their human capital is the key source of competitive advantage. Competency mapping and performance management helps HR professionals to produce bottom line results.

Hogan Assessment

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) identifies personality-based performance risks and derailers of interpersonal behavior. These behaviors are most often seen during times of stress and may impede work relationships, hinder productivity, or limit overall career potential. These derailers—deeply ingrained in personality—affect an individual’s leadership style and actions. If these behavior patterns are recognized, however, they can be compensated by development and coaching.

Whether you are implementing an organizational assessment processes or enhancing your executives’ development, the HDS reports can help you identify the fundamental factors that distinguish personalities and determine career success.

DISC

DISC is one of the most widely-used performance enhancement tools. It is used to improve productivity, teamwork, and communication.

Dr. William Moulton Marston founded DISC Theory in the 1920s. Dr. Marston developed the DISC model of behavior as a method of identifying observable and predictable actions and personality traits within human behavior in everyday environments. Marston narrowed these predictable personality traits into four DISC personality types: (D) Dominance, (I) Inducement, (S) Submission, and (C) Compliance.

DISC assessmentgives insight into personality style strengths, limitations, and communication preferences, as well as insight into communicating with other DISC personality types. DISC profile is made up of these four basic personality traits of human behavior and every person has a very unique personality style blend.

Design Thinking

Design Thinking is more than a buzzword. It is a designers tool-kit to solve adaptive problems. It is a process, science and an art of practical problem solving. It is about removing our blinkers and considering alternative solutions.

A non-linear, iterative process used by teams to understand the challenges, assumptions, target users, problems, bottlenecks and redefine the problems and challenges to arrive at an innovative solution and then create a prototype and test. This is mostly used to re-define problems that are ill-defined or unknown, this process is Design Thinking.

It is done through five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing.
